Return Policy
(APPLICABLE ONLY FOR ORDERS PLACED ON THE ARTMENT OFFICIAL WEBSITE, RAMSHIV.COM)
Our return is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -

A wrong product has been dispatched.
To be able to send back the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging available with him/her.
You can reach us at contact@ramshiv.com to initiate replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue.
Please note these points: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product, even if it is broken, damaged, or defected.
We do not process refunds in any case. We replace the same or any other product of the same or lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases.
Cancellation
As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at contact@ramshiv.com within 24 hours of ordering or before order fulfilment from our workshop, whichever is earlier and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from placing the order and applicable only for the following reasons: A wrong product has been dispatched. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at conatct@ramshiv.com to initiate a return.

Please send us 2 images (of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on conatct@ramshiv.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, you will arrange a reverse delivery for the product to our workshop. Once the merchandise is back at our workshop, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the replacement process will get initiated.
Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.
NOTE: This policy is only for the orders placed on the official website, www.ramshiv.com For orders placed on any other platform this policy will not be applicable. Please refer to the policy of the respective platform.
